Maralyn Hill is a writer, editor, broadcaster and speaker. She has co-authored with Brenda Hill, Our Love Affairs with Food & Travel, featuring 90+ chefs worldwide. The two also co-authored with French Master Chef Hervé Laurent, Cooking Secrets The Why and How... Maralyn and Brenda's latest book, Success, Your Path to a Successful Book, was published in 2008. For Time Warner Cable, Maralyn had a TV program, "Dishing with Carolina Chefs," from 2002 to 2006. She attended Bocuse d'Or in 2009, 2011; judge at, Sabrea, Puerto Rico; Oregon Chocolate Festival; Taste of Fallbrook; and Turks & Caicos Conch Festival. She writes and broadcasts for Spa Review Magazine; Vacation Station; Eat Drink & Be Merry; Success Express; Blend Magazine; Where and What in the World; as well as being published in the meeting and incentive markets and numerous other publications. She enjoys every aspect of travel and different cultures, from 5 star plus and spa pampering to dude ranches and home stays. She considers the exploration of culinary styles, cultures, and history of food a passionate ongoing geography lesson.
