Maralyn
Hill is a writer, editor, broadcaster and speaker. She has
co-authored with Brenda Hill, Our Love Affairs with Food &
Travel, featuring 90+ chefs worldwide. The two also
co-authored with French Master Chef Hervé Laurent, Cooking
Secrets The Why and How. Maralyn and Brenda will have another
book, $uccess, published in 2007. For Time Warner Cable,
Maralyn has a regular featured TV program, Dishing with
Carolina Chefs, and currently working on a James Beard Dinner
documentary. Maralyn writes for Where in the World, as well
as being published in the meeting and incentive markets. She
enjoys every aspect of travel and different cultures, from 5
star plus and spa pampering to dude ranches and home stays.
She considers the exploration of culinary styles, cultures,
and history of food a passionate ongoing geography lesson.
