Leigh's passion for travel & food writing prompted her to launch TableTalk,
a Travel/Culinary publication from Savannah to St. Augustine in 1991. Travel
adventures took her to barrier islands, celebrity chef's tables, world-class
resorts and legendary restaurants. As Public Relations and Party Director
for New York City's distinguished Trump Tower, she produced galas and
promoted their significance to the international rich and famous'. She
became The Party Doctor soon after, writing and starring on television for
Nabisco and Lifetime TV, traveling and hosting entertaining' promotions for
Macy's . Under the watchful eye of Vincent Sardi, she brought the famous
show-business restaurant, Sardi's, back into the limelight from The Tony
Awards to Phantom of the Opera! Amelia Island's Ritz-Carlton Hotel filled
the ensuing four years with milestone events.
