September 26 - Arrive in Halifax at your leisure!
September 27 - This morning, get a personal tour of the city followed by a tour and tasting at the Keith's Brewery. This afternoon, take in a unique adventure on the Bay of Fundy - tidal bore rafting! Overnight at The Train Station Inn where you will stay and dine in renovated authentic train cars!
September 28 - This morning, tour the patriarch of Nova Scotia's wining industry - Jost Vineyards - followed by brunch at Sugar Moon Farm (mmm …. maple syrup treats!). Then we head for the Annapolis Valley, an area rich in agriculture … so no great surprise that it is a fabulous destination for experiencing a ‘taste of Nova Scotia'. From the slow food movement at The Port Gastropub in Port Williams to handpicking the tastiest Honeycrisp apple at Noggins Farm Corner to sampling sparking wine at Domaine de Grand Pre… the options are endless!

September 29 - This region is so rich in culinary experiences, that we will spend another day exploring here! Today's options may include chocolate and wine pairings at Gaspereau Vineyards, cheese & gelato at Foxhill Cheese Farm, unique herbs and fruit infused jellies, vinegars and liqueurs at Tangled Garden … more options than time allowed! And the trip wouldn't be complete without an authentic Nova Scotia Lobster dinner!
September 30 - Today, we'll travel to the South Shore, rich in seafaring history. Lunenburg is a UNESCO Heritage Site and long known for its ties to the sea. Discover them for yourself with a unique tour on the water followed by a visit to the Fisheries Museum of the Atlantic where you will learn how to shuck your very own scallops! Sample seafaring delights at the Salt Shaker Deli and explore the town on foot with an overnight at the Lunenburg Arms Hotel.

October 1 - Return to Halifax via Mahone Bay and Peggy's Cove. Then get a feel for the vibrant seaside city of Halifax by exploring some of the city's key attractions such at the Citadel Hill National Historic Site and Pier 21 (Canada's Immigration Museum). The day concludes with a culinary treat at one of Halifax's finest dining establishments, the Five Fishermen.
October 2 - Return home with fond memories - and full bellies - of Nova Scotia. Or stay a few extra days and do a little more personal research on your favorite Nova Scotia topics!
