Trouble Logging In to the Members Area?

Our new site offers our members control of features which are personalized to each member. To do this we must give each member their own log in name (your email address on record) and password. A password was randomly created, assigned to you and emailed to your email on record. If you did not get that email or lost it, please enter your email here and your password will be automatically emailed to you.

Note: You must enter the email you used when you joined IFWTWA. Your password will NOT be emailed to any email address other than the one we have on record.

If you do not remember the email address or it has changed, please contact admin@ifwtwa.org

The email will be sent to you from twlack@charlottecountywebsites.com, please make sure your spam filter will allow email from this address.

I forgot my password!

Once you get your password remember it is case sensitive (abcde is not the same as abCDe) and if you are copying and pasting your password be careful not to copy an extra space at the beginning or end.

Accepting Cookies (Privacy Settings)

We do NOT gather information about you nor track your usage of the site. Cookies are simply a method of blocking information from nonmembers.

You must allow your browser to accept "Cookies" from the IFWTWA.org domain. The default setting of Internet Explorer will allow this normally. If at some time you changed this setting you will either be prompted to allow a cookie or the cookie will be refused by the browser. Following are instructions to lower your privacy settings to allow cookies:
  • Right click the IE icon and go to "Properties"
  • Click on the "Privacy" tab
  • Use the slider to set your privacy to "Medium High" or less. ( I use Medium but tested Medium High and it worked).

Firewalls or Proxies

If you are inside a firewall or on an internal network at work, there may be security measures blocking you from accepting cookies from the site. Please contact your network administrator for help.

Press Pass Log In

We've recently had to add a second level of security to the Press Pass issues. They use a separate user name and password which is available to any member that is logged in to their account. Please see this page: Press Pass, the user name and password will be shown at the top of the index of issues in the blue column at the right of the page, only if you are logged in to your IFWTWA account.

If you still can not get logged in please send me an email including the system and browser software you are using. Try to briefly describe the messages you get when you try to log in.
Thanks,
Timothy W. Lack
