A diverse career, including time as a psychologist and commercial cook, eventually led to restaurant judging. I am currently the food columnist for our local newspaper, The Gippsland Times. My page 'Food for Thought', allows me to write about recipes, local food events, wine, travel and restaurant reviews.

Between restaurant judging I run a luxury B&B in Sale and am completing a Graduate Certificate in Food Writing through the University of Adelaide.
