By signing this form below, you acknowledge that you have read our Code of Conduct, as well as our Code of Conduct for Trip Expectations, and agree to abide by them. You also agree to send the hosts and IFWTWA your published articles & media placements by using the Media Trip Post Trip Clip Submission form found on our website.

Any photographs/videos in which you are included may be used by IFWTWA in writing about the event.

By submitting your application, you acknowledge that there are risks associated with travel, and you assume FULL RESPONSIBILITY for yourself for food allergies, illness, bodily injury, death, damage or loss of personal property, and trip interruption expenses, which may result from your participation in the trip, from the time of your departure until arrival home. Furthermore, you indemnify IFWTWA, its officers, directors, executive/administrative director, consultants, contractors and hosts against all claims for damages and agree that a refund of your registration fee shall be accepted as liquidated damages for any action against them, individually and severally, arising out of any aspect of your participation in the trip.

$100 if you cancel June 1, 2024 through July 15, 2024
$150 if you cancel July 16, 2024 through August 30, 2024
No refund if you cancel after August 30, 2024

Any personal expenses incurred on the trip will be charged to the individual’s credit card that incurred the expense.
