Jennifer Bain is an award-winning Canadian journalist who is a freelance travel writer and the Canada editor for U.S.-based National Parks Traveler, an online non-profit media outlet dedicated to daily coverage of national parks and protected places. She spent most of her career at the Toronto Star and was a food editor and travel editor. Jennifer has written three travel guidebooks (about Newfoundland and Labrador, Calgary and Ottawa) and two cookbooks.
