Robin O’Neal Smith is a freelance writer and photographer who focuses on destinations for the 50+ traveler and multigenerational travel.    She enjoys train travel, road trips, beaches, spas, cruising, and finding the hidden gem at destinations.  Her goal is to find a touch of luxury and adventure to write about wherever she visits.

She has written instructional articles for The Travel Writer’s Café and Great Escape Publishing.

Robin works to secure multiple published stories per destination and pre, during, and post promotes on Facebook and Instagram. Her cruises, European, and cross-country trips were canceled when COVID hit.  As soon as her state opened up, she ventured out for numerous road trips within her state and beyond.  She has participated in numerous press trips and worked with Gulf Shores,  Key West,  Coastal Mississippi, Bellefonte, Ponte Vedra, St. Augustine, Clearfield, Raystown Area, Chesapeake, Outer Banks, Franklin, Jekyll Island,  Amelia Island, Quad Cities, Janesville WI, Banff and Jasper National Parks, Muscle Shoals, Pigeon Forge, Sevierville, Gatlinburg, Clarksville, and more.

During the pandemic, her silver lining included exploring more of her home state, Pennsylvania, and showcasing many quaint small towns and out-of-the-way places to inspire others to travel.
