Dave Lee is a professional food and travel blogger with 17 years of experience. Since 2007, his adventure travel blog, Go Backpacking, has received 8.5 million unique visits and 19 million page views.

He’s traveled to 67 countries on six continents and is a destination expert for Medellin, Colombia, where he lived for seven years. Dave is the author of the Medellin Travel Guide: Insider Advice from an American Expat in Colombia. In 2014, Dave was chosen as one of the 100 top travel influencers to attend a Travel Blogger Summit on Study Abroad and Global Citizenship hosted by The White House.

He’s worked with global brands, including G Adventures, Allianz, Eurail, Turkish Airlines, and Hostelling International, and destinations from New Orleans and Tampa Bay in the United States to Japan, Indonesia, and Rwanda.
