Bio | Priscilla Willis is the writer and creative behind She’s Cookin’| food and travel where she has been creating compelling content since 2010. Initially, She’s Cookin’ was a platform for informing readers on adapting to a low sodium lifestyle and sharing simple + seasonal, heart-healthy, low sodium recipes she developed at home and in collaboration with national brands, boards, and councils. She’s Cookin’ morphed into a delicious panoply of stories for the food enthusiast, including restaurant features, food and wine events, farm tours, cocktail capers, and culinary travel, both domestic and international. Priscilla has a taste for adventure and a penchant forcapturing the essence of a destination by assimilating the heritage, customs, personalities, and local flavors of the region. She travels often which gives her the opportunity to expand her writing to include cultural and culinary explorations in the U.S. and abroad. Priscilla has worked with the Huntington Beach CVB as a contributor to the SurfCity.com blog and the Huntington Beach Visitors Guide published by Orange Coast magazine. Her writing has appeared in Modern Luxury Orange County (print), Food Wine & Travel Magazine, and TravelWorld International Magazine.
