Susan Montgomery is currently Chair of the IFWTWA Media Trips Committee and is a Vice President on the IFWTWA Board of Directors. In this position, she works with representatives of various destinations to plan media trip opportunities for members. Before holding this position, she was the Treasurer of IFWTWA for four years. In 2016, Susan and her husband, Todd (a photographer who is also an IFWTWA member) chaired IFWTWA’s successful 2016 Annual Professional Development Conference in Coronado, California.

Susan has been a member of IFWTWA for more than 9 years and posts articles regularly on her site, Life-Uncorked.com, where she focuses on food and wine. She also publishes articles in other publications.

Susan has a Master’s Degree in Journalism and has been a writer/publisher throughout her career. For many years in Wisconsin, she owned and managed her own publishing company. She has written and published three books. When she moved to California, she started writing about food and wine and joined IFWTWA. In 2016, Susan and her husband, Todd (a photographer who is also an IFWTWA member) chaired IFWTWA’s successful 2016 Annual Professional Development Conference in Coronado, California.
