Linda Stewart is a former English teacher who currently writes about food, wine, travel, and cocktails. Linda has lived the Pacific Northwest, Washington D.C., and Southern California and brings these different perspectives to her writing. Cooking and the culinary arts have been her life-long passions, and she has edited and published three cookbooks for non-profits. Whether traveling in the USA, or traveling internationally, her motto is adopted from Henry Miller, “One’s destination is never a place, but a new way of seeing things.” And this “new way of seeing things” is what she strives to convey to her readers and followers. With a B.S. in Psychology and an M.S. in Education, she appreciates the diversity of an area’s people, culture, history, and cuisine. Linda’s food, wine, and travel articles appear in http://www.life-uncorked.com; http://www.foodwinetravelchix.com; and http://www.tripatini.com. Linda writes a cocktail column for http://www.life-uncorked.com titled, “The Cocktail Corner.”
