Doug has a passion for fine dining and beverage service. He is formally trained, having sat for the Professional Sommelier exam receiving certification, also wine service with paired chef training from the AZ Art Institute. He has had experience with restaurant beverage consulting and is currently a fine wine, craft beer and spirits writer and blogger offering education, training and consulting services to the trade.
